2. Skeletal Cows.  We have up to 15 cows, plus babies, by my house daily. They are thinner than at the time of the drought.  Most are unable to nurse their young. We live in Baja Mártires, near La Capilla.  A couple of neighbors have donated money, or Alfalfa. We feed them,  but we don’t have enough.  Rain is a month out.  The rancher will NOT feed them.
