  3. Hit and Run Kills Service Dog in Buenas Aires. Porscha, my special Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was run over by a dark colored Suburban across from Gwen and Bernie Bathgates’ house while on a walk on Tuesday Dec 30th around 6:15pm. I have PTSD and Porscha has been a big part of my recovery. The Suburban had South Dakota plates and only 1 working headlight.
