  1.  My husband and I would like to thank Char Wenger and the East Cape Clinic. My husband was not feeling well so we went to clinic. They were amazing. Char kept me calm. My husband had congestive heart failure with afib. They hooked him up to monitor and put him on IV. and kept in constant touch with our cardiologist Dr. Berzunga. They got him stabilized. They saved his life. I will be eternally grateful to Char and her staff. Thank you Ed and Ella

  2. Hi my dear Friends, I am planing two fun workshops in October at Vita’s Boutique (new spot, just next door to the old one)
    • October, 15th, Wednesday, 1 pm to 4pm– Jewelry class;
    • October, 22nd, Wednesday, 1pm to 4pm – Frida/Catrina day of the dead tiaras workshop.

  3. Friday, September, 26th, 10am till 2pm at Vita’s – 50% OFF for everything SALE! (New location just next door to the old one). We have parking just on left from building.
RESTAURANTS – FOOD SERVICE
  1.  Hutch’s Last Resort, is finally open. For now we are only open for dinner from 4:pm till 10:pm, with a 2X1 Happy Hour from 4:pm to 5:pm. Full Surf & Turf menu specializing with Continental cuisine from the main land. The Pescado Mercado for fresh fish and seafood will start in October as well as our expanded hours, from 10:am till 10:pm. HEALTH-EXERCISE-ART-CHURCH
  1.  Yoga Garden will open for the upcoming season on November 17th!! Our amazing teaching staff will offer an array of fun and healthful classes for you this season. We will be continuing our popular Circuit Training Classes, so if you are planning to attend those, please bring shoes that have white, or light colored soles.   2. If you have always wanted to try ballet, this is your sign. My Adult ballet class is designed for beginners ( level one) new to ballet or need a restart. No prior experience necessary. Everyone is welcome who is serious about feeling better.
