Casita Aguila - quiet studio in the center of town

Welcome to Casita Águila, a beautiful studio close to the beach in the heart of Los Barriles, Baja California Sur.

• This studio has one queen size bed, and sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

• It is available to rent from late September to the middle of June. We do have family visit occasionally, so we don’t normally do rentals longer than one month.

• Rates are $510/week, or $85/night with a 2 night minimum. 50% deposit, with full payment at checkin. I prefer pesos, but can do Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo.

• Second floor studio apartment with small but full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer

• Kitchen has a 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, pots and pans, and place setting for 4.

• Starlink high speed internet, with table and 2 chairs for online work

• Roku TV with bluetooth sound bar for movies or music. TV pivots out to watch from the bed or sofa.

• Located in the center of Los Barriles, one block from the beach, and steps from many good restaurants, as well as the Saturday Market and Yoga Garden.

• In the center of the Bahia Residencial development, so quiet and private – no traffic, usually no dogs, no roosters.

• New construction, bright Mexican colors, very comfortable organic latex bed
