A challenge to anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. No dance experience is required. Please bring your own 1-3 lb. hand weights, towel & water. Yoga mats are supplied. Also every Tuesday @ 11:00 am for 60 minute Total Body Strength workout. A head to toe workout targeting your body’s major muscle groups with a series of strength exercises that will build lean muscle, and power. Please bring your own weights and choose a weight that is a challenge but allows you to perform and complete each exercise with good, controlled form. Bring your water and towel.
