3. 4 days left to double the power of your donation!  A generous donor has said they will match all donations for the new children’s home until Dec. 31st, 2021 up to $10, 000. That means, with your help, we can turn $10, 000 into $20, 000!   So far, we are 71% of the way there!  This money will be used to break ground in 2022 on the new children’s home in El Cardonal which will service vulnerable children throughout Baja California Sur, Mexico. 1.  As of January 11 I will open my casa for anyone interested in working with any Art Medium. Have plenty of room, tables, extra different supplies to share. This is just a place and opportunity to meet and enjoy sharing and learning from one another. 4. Looking for a little motivation to keep that new year resolution and lose a few pounds? Well, start training now, because on 2/2/22 (cool date) is the first edition of the “Not that Cape Epic” bicycle race. A great chance to meet fellow cyclists and give back to the community. Like the Cape Epic, this MTB race will be teams of two riders and team mates must finish together. In this low key Baja version, we’ll have only one stage, with overall winners in each of only two divisions, e-bike and sans lithium. 100 percent of the entry fees will be divided 80/20, 80 percent to the community, 10 percent to e-bike winners, and 10 percent to the conventional bike team winners. 2. This note if from Carlos at East Cape Health Center: The reason for this message is just to share with you a little more of information about our clinic specialist that comes regularly. At this moment, we have 4 specialist that comes to East Cape Health Center:
   Dra. Ingrid Quintero, Gynecologist. She usually comes every Saturday.
   Dra. Ileana Ortíz, radiologist, doctor. She helps us with ultrasound studies, she typically comes on Thur or Sat
   Dr. Carlos López, Urologist. He Usually comes on Monday.
   Dr. Roberto López, plastic surgeon. He typically comes on Wednesday.
   Is necessary to have an appointment to consult with the specialist, this due that the come from San José del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas or even La Paz. Day may change if doctors ask so. We are working to bring more specialist to East Cape Health Center. If hope you can share this in your website to help more people in the community that sometimes don’t know these services are available in town.
