a. This afternoon found a key in my ignition of my CanAm quad. Hadn’t used the quad in three days. Obviously someone jumped over our gate/fence to see if they could steal it before trying to get through our automatic gate. We have a coded ignition so it wasn’t stolen. Live on the road near the communication tower in Agua de la Costa. Keep a watchful eye. This never happened in 10 years.

c. DISCUSSION – paying taxes: (1) Your last issue stated: “A recent post in BPE mentioned that the “Inapam” discount for property taxes is not allowed in La Ribera. This is the actual case — The Inapam discount can only be used when the three early filing discounts expire. That is end of March.” I’m in San Jose and paid my taxes yesterday. I received the 20% for payment in January and 30% more for the Inapam discount. Why would the payment of taxes be any different in La Ribera?
(2) Wednesday I paid property taxes in La Ribera and successfully received the 50% Inapam discount. Bring your original card plus 2 copies front and back. There were no questions or problems whatsoever.
