c. I’m looking for some advice. I have been using my Canadian cell here, and brought down a spare phone so I can use a Tel Cell SIM card for prepaid service. I have topped it up a couple of times at OXXO, but I can’t seem to figure out if the prepaid is calculated by usage or a specific time period.
Also, is there a voicemail option on a prepaid phone? Does anyone have an actual monthly Mexican cell plan, and if so, where would you get one?

a. Please join us for the South of the Border final send off for Vali Dees. Vali passed away July 7th 2019 after a 13 month battle with Ovarian Cancer. As most of you know Vali’s heart was split between Lake Tahoe and Los Barriles BCS. Vali’s final sendoff will be Saturday March 14 2020, at 5pm at Playa Norte by the wind buster in front of Gecko’s Restaurant. Please join Vali’s mom Helen and her husband Jeff in remembering a wonderful person. This will be a very casual affair.
