b. 10 years ago I had a Fideicomiso drawn up with a low annual
charge. However, deep within the text was a clause that allowed "up
to a 10% increase every 4 years." Since the increase is percentage
based and not a flat fee, given time the cost is going to get too
high. I'm interested in either asking the bank to stop, or lower the
increases, or modify the contract. Can anyone point me in the
direction of someone who can help? My Fideicomiso is through
FiduWhat in La Paz whom I have found to be very friendly and
