The Buen Provecho Baja
Mexican cooking and cultures web site has been updated, please go

www.buenprovechobaja.com. Our fourth cooking season
(second in San Bartolo) begins Tuesday December 1. We will hold
classes for 15 weeks, ending Saturday March 12. We're taking
reservations for classes in our cookhouse in San Bartolo that are
scheduled Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. When we have our
minimum number of 6 students, we confirm the class. Not too early to
get your reservations in! Given the challenges of sourcing
ingredients, a change the upcoming season is that the menus will be
at Chef's discretion, based on what's the freshest. We take requests
for dishes you'd like to learn to make and we accommodate (if we

Anyone interested in an art and crafts day at Lazy Days? There are 8
small end tables that need mosaic tile tops in a sun burst pattern.
8 people to spend a fun afternoon at Lazy's doing this project.
Please bring as much broken tile as you can find and a caulking gun
with a tube of silicon if you have it. Also, anyone who could donate

b. Where is the nearest medical source of
tPA (tissue plasminogen activator) Thrombolytic drugs to be used
within the three hour action window for stroke survival. I'm not the
only elder in the crowd down here and knowing the answer to this
question can make a very big difference in one's lifestyle. If you
are a possible target for stroke it is well to educate your friends
