Yesterday
a known druggy and thief came by selling a very nice fly fishing
reel...a few weeks ago another town thief came by selling a new in
the box lure and another very identifiable lure. There is always a
good story to accompany these " wrong person, with wrong stuff"
stories ....but come on people lets start broadcasting this and
start prosecuting these known thieves. I will give names and address
to the person who contacts me and identifies their fishing gear. And
I will testify that they had it and tried to sell it to me.
I have been burglarized here in La Ribera and just last week a thief
came through the window of a home here in La Ribera, with a woman
alone sleeping in the room. We can stop this by getting serious with
not buying hot stuff reporting it, on bpe, and maybe a thief can be
prosecuted....I have a monitored alarm system, now that calls me in
the U.S. even if power is cut....so the thieves can cut power and
phone and I am still notified by email and text. Then I am blessed
to say I have a couple of people who will respond
,locally....sending a pitbull in first...don't bother with outside
siren....you need to have a couple of good people you can contact in
the middle of the night. That will get up and do something...I
believe paying for this with a bonus for an arrest is only
right....the alarm system was under 200 bananas. Hope this was

f. Skunk? Civet? We live north of town on
Elephant Tree Rd in Vista Las Brisas. Since our recent returned from
a month in the US, all around our property smells like skunk. We
figured that the stinky animal would vacate the area now that we are
home and our dogs are running around, but NO! It has been a week and
it is not improving (and now the dogs smell stinky too). We are not
certain what to do about this, but the odor is awful. Any

either Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast, etc. that plugs directly
