Lotto, the Baja Adventure Dog,
has expressed his desire to set some swimming goals for next year; 2
miles in under 31 mins, 3.1 miles under 77 mins, 5.5 under 2 hrs
40mins (maybe a miler too)...to help his training for these goals.
He would like to be given, borrow/have :), or buy a used Buoy...this
resistance training will help is power and endurance. Yesterday he
swam an easy 4 miles.
