East Cape Fisherman!
We are two weeks away from the 3rd Annual “East Cape” International
Fishing Tournament organized by the East Cape Sportfishing Club. We
invite you all to participate to this growing event. This year we
have a guaranteed prize of $300,000 pesos. Paying $150,000 pesos to
1st Place Marlin, $55,000 pesos 2nd Place Marlin and $35,000 pesos
3rd Place Marlin. Tuna and Dorado are going to pay $40,000 pesos
each for the biggest fish. This is a one day tournament. Sign ups
are going to be in Vagos Bar on Friday 29th August from 4-9pm.
Fishing day is Saturday 30th. Entry fee is only $5000 pesos and
jackpots are $1K,$2K and $3K pesos for Marlin and $3000 pesos
combined for Dorado and Tuna. We have other prizes for the winners
as an entry fee to Bisbees Los Cabos Offshore, Pelagic Eclipse
Shirts, Penn Reels, clothing, and more. Join us for this great event
and support the local community with it. This years profits are
going towards, half to the new child care facility and the other
half goes like always to the Kids tournament in April. And to add
more incentives to participate, this is a qualifying tournament for
the SEPESCA Serial 2015. If you win any category here, you will have
your opportunity to participate in the State Championship next year.

Safe money transfer options: American
Express offers a Bluebird Debit card that has some significant
advantages. The Bluebird card can be linked to an existing debit
card account or checking account. There are no international
transaction fees. There will be a standard charge for using a debit
card at a “non participating” ATM. If you setup the Bluebird account
with direct deposit, Amex will waive the ATM charges. If you have
someone in college or perhaps a worker in the East Cape, you can
transfer a set amount into the account and make it available to the

Wal-Mart offers a direct money transfer from one

send money to that person in 10 minutes. Wal-Mart offers the same
service to worldwide Wal-Mart stores as well under their “Moneygram”
