I wanted to let you know how easy it was to turn in my passport for
renewal at the U.S. Consulate in Cabo. I had printed out the form
and
had it filled out here is the link:

took the
form and 2 passport photos to the Consulate was there at 10:00 am
and
it took about 10 minutes. The renewed passport should be back in
about
3 weeks, the cost was 1012.50 pesos. Very simple.
